Louisi-ann

Thinking of New Orleans and flying in over that 30 mile bridge that later was the scene of a dubious police activity area, speeding is a relative term. But it naturally makes me think of Tom Petty's "Louisiana Rain," Robert Penn Warren's great novel about Huey Long and what Katrina and her aftermath were like in this grand expanse of water and lush green sticky sweet air.

Plus it is making me write, which is always a plus.
